Investment Criteria

Target companies are typically small to mid-sized businesses with strong growth potential. Location is not a primary consideration, although most of our investments are currently in the United States and Africa.
Though we are passionate about technology, real estate, infrastructure, and wine, we are sector agnostic and will consider opportunities in any industry.
We prefer to invest in companies that generate dividends while creating employment for locals and boosting local economies.
We are also interested in clean energy technologies and companies committed to being good stewards of the environment.
Our investments are typically made through a combination of equity and debt. We are open to structuring deals in various ways to meet the needs of our partners and investors.
